FanBase Scheduling is intended for use by businesses, organizations, healthcare facilities, and their authorized personnel.

Facilities and organizations are responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
FanBase Scheduling does not supervise staffing decisions made by organizations.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with platform operation.
- Upload malicious software.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Share another user’s account.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Scheduling Information
FanBase Scheduling provides scheduling tools intended to assist organizations.
Organizations remain solely responsible for:
- Staffing decisions
- Shift assignments
- Employee scheduling
- Regulatory compliance
- Payroll accuracy
- Overtime compliance
- Patient care staffing requirements
The platform provides scheduling assistance but does not guarantee staffing compliance.
Intellectual Property
FanBase Scheduling, including its software, logos, graphics, branding, design, and content, is the property of FanBase Scheduling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Resell
- Redistribute
- Create derivative works
without written permission.
Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Software updates
- Security improvements
- Third-party outages
- Circumstances beyond our control
Third-Party Services
FanBase Scheduling utilizes trusted third-party providers including:
- Firebase
- Google Cloud services
- Apple App Store services (when applicable)
- Google Play services
Their services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
Your use of FanBase Scheduling is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Abuse the platform
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Threaten platform security
Organizations may also remove employee access at any time.
Disclaimer
FanBase Scheduling is provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable scheduling tools, we make no guarantees regarding:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
- staffing outcomes
- regulatory compliance
- employment decisions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanBase Scheduling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- scheduling errors
- missed shifts
- staffing shortages
- business interruption
- lost profits
- data loss
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
